What does home mean to you?
A home is a place of safety, security, comfort, and hope - a place that all members of the family can call their very own.
For many families across Canada, however, this is not the reality. They live in homes that are not safe or secure. This year, you can give hope to even more families by joining our 2021 Meaning of Home campaign.
Your gift today will have DOUBLE the impact to help even more families!
Your 2021 Meaning of Home donation will be supplemented by student-raised donations to double the impact you have in helping families in urgent need of housing. Students in grades 4, 5 and 6 across Canada are also participating in a writing contest to raise funds for Habitat for Humanity Canada.
For every child who enters the contest with their submission of a poem or essay explaining what a home means to them, our contest Founding Sponsor Sagen™ along with Award Sponsors Swiffer and Revera, will donate $10 up to a maximum of $250,000.
When you give today, you’ll activate the power of these gifts and help us raise $500,000 towards safe and affordable housing for families in a community near you.
